Where does FriLi come from?

KNOWLEDGE

POWER!

WHY FRILI?

Do chronic pains make your life a living hell?

Thanks to an innovative integrative approach based on WHO recommendations,
the MBC Method helps patients manage both chronic pain and eating disorders.

The FriLi app aims to go even further by offering personalized support…

THE MBC METHOD AND FRILI — BOTH BORN FROM A REAL NEED

Do you feel the weight of loneliness and medical wandering?
I know exactly what you’re going through —
I was in your place not long ago…

I’ve suffered for years from “unexplained” pain,
without any structural cause. Despite all my efforts,
relief was always temporary.
A few years ago, the pain worsened dramatically.
For over three years, I endured unbearable back pain and pain in my left leg,
eventually becoming paralyzed in that limb,
and developing cauda equina syndrome.
I was desperate.
Maybe you feel the same way today…

But my life changed when I discovered the real, deeper causes of my chronic pain.
My wish now is for you to live again — FREE.

She plays a vital role as scientific advisor in Lili Road’s research, especially in exploring the links and comorbidities between chronic pain and eating disorders. She collaborated closely with Lili on the publication:

• A holistic and multidisciplinary therapeutic approach such as the MBC method: a solution for patients with eating disorders? (2025)

“I’ve applied several of the techniques described in the Mind-Body Connection method. I often talk about them in my consultations. Emotional pain is intimately tied to chronic physical pain. When I read this book, I saw a remarkable tool that brought together many techniques that had helped me improve my psychological wellbeing. It put into words — and into structure — what I had long struggled to express to my patients. Far from replacing evidence-based medicine, these techniques, grouped into one method, are backed by neuroscience and can truly help those who have suffered for years to finally get better.”
